we’re two jewelry lovers sharing our passion for all things fine, vintage and antique, constantly on the lookout for unique pieces made of tested solid gold. aside from our profound appreciation for quality craftsmanship, love of beautiful stones and precious metals, and the deep emotional and cultural significance of jewelry, we founded selection du coeur because we felt disconnected from traditional industry practices. the metal and gemstone mining process can have long-lasting, devastating effects on the environment, but by celebrating already-created jewelry, we can avoid mining new materials. there are plenty of pre-loved treasures out there, aging like fine wine and ready to find new homes!
